I think that there is 1 acoustic and 1 electric guitar in this one. I'm going to show you the chords and the fingerpickin' part - you can take it from there. I'm not sure that I have tabbed the fingerpickin' part 100% correctly - I've gotten into the habit of playing it 'my way' - but it's pretty close. TIPS:
Fingerpickin' part:
I'm not sure if this is exact - it's hard to tell what's being played by either the acoustic or electric.
Also, if you play along with the recording, you may be slightly out of tune - on my recording, this pickin' part is recorded slightly faster than the rest of the song - the recording will sound a bit higher than what you are playing. I had to slow my tape player down a little bit for this part in order to stay in tune...

Yes, the guitar and bass are playing different bass notes at the same time.
In the last D chord, the bass is switching between 6/5 & 5/5 more times than is written.
Note that the bass part is written in guitar tab - not bass tab (6 strings vs 4 strings).
Use this pattern for the guitar pickin':

Where 0=thumb, 1= 1st finger, 2=2nd finger, 3=3rd finger.
This pattern should be done for each of the chords (except the last chord, the D should be strummed).
Ending:
This needs to be fingerpicked using the pattern previously mentioned above, except that you need to strike the 5th string when playing the Am7 chords:
